Our Product

Our Thermal
Protection System.

TPS-611 is an advanced fire-resistant coating built around zero flash point technology. Where traditional fire retardants are designed to delay combustion or reduce heat transfer, TPS-611 takes a different approach by working to actively reflect heat and prevent ignition of the protected material.

  • Zero flash point technology designed to repel heat rather than slow burn rate.
  • Tested at a nationally certified burn lab in New Jersey on steel, rail ties, and shingles.
  • Coated materials remained unaffected by flames at the 10 minute mark of the trial.
  • Versatile formula intended for application across multiple industries.
About the Product
How It Works

How Thermal Protection Systems Work

Unlike traditional fire-resistant coatings, which might delay the spread of fire or reduce the rate of heat transfer, a Thermal Protection System is designed to actively repel heat and prevent the ignition of the protected material.

01

Reflect

The coating works to reflect heat back rather than absorbing it into the substrate underneath.

02

Insulate

An impermeable barrier is intended to protect the underlying material from the direct effects of flame.

03

Preserve

By preventing thermal penetration, the goal is to maintain the material's original properties under thermal stress.

Applicable Industries

Industries We're Exploring

TPS-611 is designed for application in industries where thermal exposure is a known safety challenge. We are actively exploring how the coating can be applied across the following sectors.

Why Legacy Technologies

A Different Approach to Fire Safety

TPS-611 was developed to do more than slow combustion. Built around zero flash point technology, it is designed to prevent ignition of the protected material in the first place.

01

Lab Tested

Tested at a nationally certified burn testing laboratory in New Jersey on steel, rail ties, and shingles.

02

Zero Flash Point

Built around zero flash point technology designed to prevent ignition of the protected material.

03

Multi-Substrate Tested

Performance evaluated across steel, rail ties, and shingles, materials chosen for their relevance to infrastructure and construction.

04

Industry Versatile

Designed for application across infrastructure, transportation, and protective gear.

"Exclusive license agreement
on the patent technology behind TPS-611."
Rooted in Material Science

Backed by Rutgers University

TPS-611 was developed in collaboration with Dr. Tom Nosker, a professor at Rutgers University whose work in material science has spanned decades, particularly in recycling technologies and composite materials.

We have executed an exclusive license agreement on the patent technology in the development of our TPS-611 product.
