Our Team
George Beucher
George Beucher, originally from Glenview, Illinois, has a diverse background marked by a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, instilled by his father, a successful rendering business owner in Chicago. From odd jobs in automotive to volunteer firefighting and running a home painting and remodeling business, George's career took a significant turn when he founded Earth Paints Collection Systems in 2007. This venture rapidly grew into a leading paint recycling program in Illinois, earning prestigious awards and recognition, including George's testimony before the Illinois Senate as an industry expert. Despite an ambitious project with Dr. Tom Nosker to create a new type of plastic from old paint, he returned to home remodeling after selling the recycling business in 2016. In 2021, George reunited with Dr. Nosker on a promising Thermal Protection System Fire Retardant Coating project, showcasing his continuous journey toward innovative and life-saving solutions.
